Mini Man Burgers – Alton Brown, This is a recipe from Alton Brown’s Good Eats My kids love them You can get very creative with these burgers use potato rolls with these Enjoy , I started making this family favorite recipe of Alton’s since our kids were young and the youngest is now 26 There really is something to the methold of seasoning and folding the meat over upon itself that enhances this recipe The seasoning is perfect and this method gives you juicy mini-burgers Thank you Alton Brown , Very good! used 1 lb ground pork and 1 pound ground beef I didn’t fold them, but made them thicker to start with I just broiled them for 10 minutes in the jelly roll pan– cut in to 15 squares and they fit perfectly on the Hawaiian Sweet dinner rolls– yummy little sliders!
