Mini Meatballs, I don’t remember where I found this recipe – I’ve made it so often, I’ve memorized it The trick to these meatballs is to only plan to use half of them – that’s all I ever have left by the time I’m ready to put them in something else It’s the only time I’ve ever had ground beef melt in my mouth , My grown son is such a picky eater! He has been like this since he has been a little boy Throughout the years, I continue to introduce him to many different foods, but he simply refuses to even take a little taste After reading multiple recipes on different websites, I decided to make these meatballs, wondering if he would even try them Well, he did He said they were FANTASTIC and that I needed to make them AGAIN! WOW! I finally found a winning recipe for meatballs and they are so simple to make!, Love these made them a few times Usually use them for spaghetti & meatballs! yum! I love the chives in it
