Mini Meatballs, I don’t remember where I found this recipe – I’ve made it so often, I’ve memorized it. The trick to these meatballs is to only plan to use half of them – that’s all I ever have left by the time I’m ready to put them in something else. It’s the only time I’ve ever had ground beef melt in my mouth., My grown son is such a picky eater! He has been like this since he has been a little boy. Throughout the years, I continue to introduce him to many different foods, but he simply refuses to even take a little taste. After reading multiple recipes on different websites, I decided to make these meatballs, wondering if he would even try them. Well, he did. He said they were FANTASTIC and that I needed to make them AGAIN! WOW! … I finally found a winning recipe for meatballs and they are so simple to make!, Love these made them a few times. Usually use them for spaghetti & meatballs! yum! I love the chives in it.
