Mini Meatballs – Asian

Features:
    Cuisine:

used fresh ginger and made the breadcrumbs from G.F. bread, and that is the only change made. These were easy to make, and baked in the oven well. The only problem I had was that the some of the balls (and only a few) fell apart, so I had to treat them very carefully, but I think this problem was because of the G.F. bread.
The family really enjoyed these as an easy Friday dinner served with salad, each member chose a different sauce to use ... soy, sweet chili, hoisin and the old aussie fav tomato sauce!
    Great little appetizers Nif...Thanks.
