Directions
Mini Meatloaves, Quick and easy to make. A family favorite. The ketchup and brown sugar give these loaves a fantastic flavor!, used ground chicken since that was all I had on hand and it was great. My husband liked it and hes a tough sell. I will make it again but next time I will cut the brown sugar in half. While my husband liked it, it was a tad bit sweet for me.

in a Large Bowl, Combine the Egg, Milk, Cheese, Breadcrumbs and Salt. Add the Ground Beef, Mixing Well, and Form This Mixture Into Six to Eight Miniature Meatloaves. Place These in a Lightly Greased 9x13 Inch Baking Dish. |
