Minnesota Cream Of Chicken & Wild

Absolutely delicious. I wanted a recipe that didn't make too much and came close to Erbert and Gerbert's soup Of course, I tweaked it a bit. I threw in a little more wild rice, used onion flakes and added fresh mushrooms. When I warmed it up, I added more half and half. This is now my go to recipe

Minnesota Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup,This is a very hearty soup. This is a very hearty soup. I really like this one! I love soup and good bread.,Absolutely delicious. I wanted a recipe that didn’t make too much and came close to Erbert and Gerbert’s soup Of course, I tweaked it a bit. I threw in a little more wild rice, used onion flakes and added fresh mushrooms. When I warmed it up, I added more half and half. This is now my go to recipe,I like my soup a little more heart, so I added extra carrots, onion, celery, and rice. I also quadrupled the recipe so I could make a big pot. (Large family). It turned out awesome and was a huge hit. Definitely have to salt and pepper to fit your taste, but it turned out great!
