    So good!!! This was the perfect thirst quencher for a really really hot day! I've done mint limeade before, but not with honey. That added quite a nice change and I'll definitely be making this again. I didn't bother with heating the water and honey to make the sugar, just stirred it in a small cup to dissolve. Worked perfectly and didn't have to wait for it to cool off! Thanks for posting!

    Mint Limeade,Honey and fresh mint. What could be better for a summer cooler. Make the syrup ahead and have it on hand.,So good!!! This was the perfect thirst quencher for a really really hot day!     In 12-Ounce Glass, Muddle Mint and Honey Syrup For About 8 Seconds.

    in Heavy Medium Saucepan Over Medium Heat, Stir Together Honey and Water Until Honey Dissolves. Increase Heat Slightly, Then Simmer 5 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally. Refrigerate Syrup Until Cold, About 2 Hours. (can Be Prepared 1 Week Ahead. Cover and Keep Refrigerated.).
