Mint Thins- Ritz, These look really festive! There is also a variation for Chocolate and peanut butter thins , Very clever and yummy (can’t tell its a ritz cracker in there; its salt balances the sweet and mint favors) but difficult to coat Either the cracker is too delicate or the chocolate too thick I had to keep melting it again n again to get it to coat , I made these with the andes creme de menthe chips They were fabulous I took some to work to share and my boss kept them all they were so good used the two forks method to get the cookies out and on the tray to dry
