Mirj’s Easy Cherry Pudding,This is really a very easy dessert that tastes great, especially served warm with vanilla ice cream. I’ve done it with all sorts of canned fruit, comes out perfect every time!,This recipe did not impress, mainly because of the amount of margarine. It was way too greasy. As for the “soupiness”, I don’t understand what others are complaining about. This type of pudding is supposed to have a lot of sauce on the bottom and I found it a bit too dry although used all the liquid from the cherries.,I made this for my family only used canned plums. OMG this is delicious. While they were eating they were already planning on the next time I made it and with which fruits…lol. I served this with some homemade ice cream. Great summertime dessert. thank you .
