Mirj’s Potato Kugel,This is a family favorite, we eat it almost every week, but it’s especially good on Passover.,I have always had good luck with Mirj’s recipes so I was very disappointed with the results when I made this tonight for Passover Seder. It was easy enough and the reviews were terrific, but it just didn’t work for me. The outside browned beautifully, but the inside was bland and the consistency not very pleasing.,I made this last night with brisket and it was awesome! Will definitely make again. I did not use paprika and salted heavily along with alot of pepper.
