Mmmm Skinny Meatballs, These are so yummy, and as healthy as meatballs can be! I serve them with egg noodles, and they always get eaten right up!, so yummy i made these into small patties rather than meatballs so I could make meatball subs on a sandwich thin, so, I omitted the last 3 ingredients and instead used tomato sauce and provolone cheese to form the sandwich – oh so yummy i’ll definitely be making this again Made for PAC Spring 2010, These are so yummy, and as healthy as meatballs can be! I serve them with egg noodles, and they always get eaten right up!
