    Mock Feta Cheese ( Vegan Substitute ), I got this in my email today from The Veggie Table, and it is a recipe adapted from one credited to the cookbook, How it all vegan! I haven’t tried this one , how long will this last?, Having trouble findi ng the herbed tofu! Would this turn out with plain firm tofu and, if so, what other changes would I need to make to recipe?
