Strawberry Bread,Moist and delicious. Freezes beautifully.,Made this recipe EXACTLY as its written. My strawberry bread came out perfect after 65 minutes. Great texture, flavor, and its nice and moist. Toasted the pecans, for extra flavor cruched factor.,This came out fantastic! I made four mini loaves with the batter. After reading through the reviews, I made the following modifications. I added 2Tblspns flaxseed meal, used half whole wheat flour/half all purpose flour, three whole eggs + one egg white, 1/2c apple sauce & 3/4c oil, 1 1/3c sugar, and pureed the strawberries per my son’s request since he does not care for chunks in his muffins/bread, and omitted the nuts. The result was a tight crumb yet not dense and heavy. I’m about to go back for a second slice.
