Zucchini Bread, This moist bread has been in the family for as long as I can remember I like it because it’s easily thrown together in one bowl and very moist — perfect for a snack at work or school!, Since current science has determined that seed (vegetable) oils are carcinogenic and that butter and animal fats are beneficial (including Avocado oil and coconut oil) can we substitute a 1-1 ratio for the oil in the recipe?, For those of you subbing applesauce for a portion of the oil, is it a 1:1 ratio? (i e : omit 1/2 Cup oil but replace it with 1/2 Cup applesauce )
