Zucchini Carrot Bread,I like this because it is not too sweet and enjoy it with a cup of tea.,Sorry but up I had high hopes and was left with 2 dry crumbly loaves. I should have tweaked it or abandoned it after I read the reviews but thought maybe the recipe wasnt followed correctly. I followed each step even reducing the baking time in my convection oven. Would not make again.,The dough was VERY think, not the usual consistency of cake batter. I was concerned at first, but it turned out ok. I would probably add only 2 1/2 cups of flour instead.

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F. |

Sift Together, Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon and Nutmeg in a Large Mixing Bowl. |
