Walnut Sour Cream Coffee Cake, The perfect coffee cake, I think Just right , Yummy! I did add a little extra of the topping, just added an equal extra amount of the ingredients in the topping because I really like it I followed the recipe though After the cake baked used a cup powdered sugar, 1 1/2 Tablespoon milk (may need a bit more if it’s too thick) and a teaspoon vanilla and made a glaze that I drizzled on top (Lightly) (It’s in the picture) when it cooled It was very good! Preheat Oven to 350 and Grease (use Spray) Two Round Cake Pans or One 9x13 Glass Baking Dish. |

in Mixer Bowl, Beat Butter and 1 Cup Sugar Til Fluffy, and Add Eggs One at a Time, Beating Well After Each One. |

Mix Topping Ingredients (brown Sugar , Cinnamon, 1/4 C White Sugar, Walnuts, Ground Nutmeg). |

Pour Half of the Batter Into Pan/Pans. Sprinkle Half the Topping Over Batter. Add the Remaining Batter and Sprinkle With the Remaining Filling. |
