    Heat Olive Oil in a Skillet.

    Drain Salmon and Flake It Into a Bowl. Add Eggs, Onion and Parsely. Mix Well.

    Shape Into 4 Patties and Fry in Pan Until Lightly Browned on Both Sides and Cooked Through, About 8-10 Minutes.

    Note- Sometimes I Don't Feel Like Making the Patties and Just Throw It All in the Skillet and Make Scrambled Salmon.
