Mom’s Best Dipping Sauce for Steamed Artichoke, This rich dipping sauce comes courtesy of my wonderful brother-in-law a very good cook! I had this at his house and blackmailed my sister into sneaking out the recipe to me Worth it!!!, YUM! So so good! Now I just have to wait for those artichokes to finish cooking I hope I dont eat all the sauce before they are done! Oh also! I will have pick up some tarragon next time I shop I didnt have any, so I substituted thyme:), So yummy! Doubled up the garlic and added a dollop of sour cream, and substituted a little tahini paste for the tarragon since I didnt have any Came out deeeelishious
