    Cut Halibut in to 6 Equal Pieces, Rinse, and Pat Dry.

    Combine Oil, Garlic Powder, and Salt.

    Put Fish in a Dish or Pan, Pour Oil Mixture Over Fish, and Let Sit 10 Minutes.

    Flip Fish and Let Sit 10 Mins More.

    Set Oven to Broil.

    Roll Each Piece of Fish in Cheese Then Bread Crumbs and Place in 9x13 Glass Baking Dish or on an Insulated Baking Pan.

    Broil 7-10 Mins Taking Care to Brown (rather Than Burn) the Bread Crumbs.
