Mom’s Chocolate Cupcakes,This recipe was given to my mom by a next door neighbor many years ago. It makes a wonderful dark chocolate cupcake, or double the recipe for a sheet or layer cake. It has become a family favorite and is always requested at birthdays.,This is a wonderful and delicious recipe. I’ve tried it as is, with marshmallows as icing and infused with peanut butter and it’s a hit everytime I can’t wait to try it as a layer cake.,I loved this recipe, it was quick and easy to make with wonderful results. The cupcakes were perfect; light, tender and delicious. Made exactly as written and wouldn’t change a thing. I frosted these lovely little cakes with Amana Rose Water Icing resulting in a memorable treat. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely recipe, that I will enjoy again.
