    Preheat Oven to 400.

    Add Onion, Garlic, Poultry and Bacon to Food Processor and Process Till Smooth.

    Add Remaing Ingredients, and Process Till Ham Is Finely Chopped.

    Put Into Oven-Safe Casserole. Put in Oven and Bake Till Meat Pulls Away from the Sides of the Casserole and Top Is Browned, About 46 - 60 Minutes. If the Top Is Browning Too Fast, Cover Loosely With Aluminum Foil.

    Refrigerate Untillwell Chilled, Then Cover. Better the Next Day.
