Mom’s Sugar Cookies,Makes a big, tender cookie for those who don’t like crispy sugar cookies. Great for any holiday. My mom would kill me if she knew I was posting this recipe-it’s a family secret…so don’t tell!,I had the same result with almost all sugar cookies I make; to big to bland,I made this as specified with the exception of reducing the water to a half cup. The dough was still incredibly wet and hard to work with even after being chilled overnight. The cookies spread quite a bit too. I don’t think I would make these again.
