Montreal Rubbed Chicken,I came up with this meal when I wanted something simple to put together, but packed with flavor. This recipe is done in the oven, but can be also grilled. I served it with a simple salad and crusty French bread. Roasted vegetables, rice pilaf and buttered noodles would also be great side dishes for this recipe.,I added a little maple syrup. The amount of ingredients was very small for 4 chicken breasts. And only 1 table spoon of olive oil wasn’t enough to baste all 4 breasts. The teaspoon of maple syrup helped. Overall good recipe.,I think the if the weight of the boneless, skinless chicken breast are included then the recipe will be more yummy and accurate
