Directions
Montreal Rubbed Chicken, I came up with this meal when I wanted something simple to put together, but packed with flavor. This recipe is done in the oven, but can be also grilled. I served it with a simple salad and crusty French bread. Roasted vegetables, rice pilaf and buttered noodles would also be great side dishes for this recipe., I added a little maple syrup. The amount of ingredients was very small for 4 chicken breasts. And only 1 table spoon of olive oil wasn’t enough to baste all 4 breasts. The teaspoon of maple syrup helped. Overall good recipe., I think the if the weight of the boneless, skinless chicken breast are included then the recipe will be more yummy and accurate
