Morning Glory Carrot Muffins,This is a good way to start your morning, get your day going, finish off the day, hey, this is just a good thing to eat any time.,How many calories in the Morning Glory Muffin,Raised beautifully. Taste is great. I did not use pineapple, for fear would make muffin too dense. I did use 1 cup shredded carrot though. They were nice and light. I took out of paper cup right out of oven to keep them from getting too dense. I only used 1/2 cup sugar, to save calories. They would be perfect with coffee and company.
