    Morning Glory Carrot Muffins,This is a good way to start your morning, get your day going, finish off the day, hey, this is just a good thing to eat any time.,How many calories in the Morning Glory Muffin,Raised beautifully. Taste is great. I did not use pineapple, for fear would make muffin too dense. I did use 1 cup shredded carrot though. They were nice and light. I took out of paper cup right out of oven to keep them from getting too dense. I only used 1/2 cup sugar, to save calories. They would be perfect with coffee and company.

    Preheat Oven to 400f Degrees.

    Lightly Spray 12 Muffin Cups or Line With Paper Cups.

    Stir Flour Together With Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Spices and Sugar in a Large Mixing Bowl.

    Whisk Egg in a Medium-Size Bowl With Buttermilk, Oil and Vanilla.
