Moroccan Beet Salad,very simple to make, and a lovely side dish.,Excellent. I prepared the recipe reluctantly and only because of so many 5 star reviews. How surprised I was when I like it. I sprinkle feta cheese over each serving for an enhanced flavor.,Wonderful! My first time preparing fresh beets–and man, what a hit! I could just munch on these babies all day. What a treat.
