    Place a Steamer Rack in the Bottom of a Medium Saucepan.

    Place Saucepan Over Medium Heat. When Water Boils, Add Carrots, Cover Saucepan, and Cook 5 Minutes or Until Carrots Are Tender Crisp. Drain.
