Marinate Chicken in Spice Mixture For 30 Minutes. You May Want to Chop the Chicken First, but Whole Breasts Work Fine. |

Heat Olive Oil in Pan Over Medium High Heat. Add Chicken and Cook Until Golden, About 3 Minutes Per Side. Transfer to Tagine, Cook on Medium-Low Heat. Add Onions and Garlic. Cook Ten Minutes. You Can Either Leave the Tagine Top Open a Crack, or Let Out Steam Occasionally. Then Add Olives, Fruit, Lemon Zest, Chicken Broth, and Water. Cook 30 Minutes. |
