1 small chopped onion
4 large garlic cloves
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 bay leaf

cinnamon
cayenne

    Saute Onions, Garlic, and Sweet Potatoes in a Little Bit of Olive Oil.
