Moroccan Peas & Eggs, This dish may sound weird but my husband loves it He makes it for a quick & easy snack , Spicy but good with toned down freshly ground black pepper used Green Giant frozen baby sweet peas which I am sure is better than canned, unrefined extra virgin olive oil, sweet paprika, sea salt, to taste, plus the rest of the ingredients Served with rice cakes to be gluten and yeast free Made for SEPTEMBER 2011 NA/ME TAG! EVERYBODY COME PLAY!, I had some leftover peas and saw this recipe and decided to try it used 2 eggs and only 1/2 tsp cumin It tasted great and isn’t weird at all I had a toasted english muffin with it and loved every bite! Place the Peas, Oil, & Spices in a Small Frying Pan. Cook Over Medium Heat For 5 Minutes.

Scramble the Eggs & Add It to the Peas. Cook Until the Eggs Are Dry & Firm.

Serve With Thick Bread.
