I was never really a chocolate lover but after having my son that all changed! I was craving a really moist really chocolatey cake. I tried a number of recipes but was disappointed constantly at the lack of chocolate flavour so my craving was not curbed at all. I stumbled across this recipe and nearly died from satisfaction!! This is such an easy recipe and really is the most moist and chocolatey cake I've EVER had or made. This is now my go to chocolate cake recipe!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! Oh, the only change I made was using applesauce instead of oil.
