Mouthwatering Chinese Pork Chops

Features:
    Cuisine:

Do not hesitate to try this marinade! I would give these 10 stars if I could! The sauce was so savory and irresistible, as the chef says. I followed the recipe and added a pinch of white pepper. I was very tempted to add fresh grated gingerroot, but I didn't. It didn't need anything else, the chops were so flavorful. used 6 bone-in center cut loin chops and there was plenty of sauce for them. I baked them in the oven and spooned the drippings over the pork and jasmine rice. Added a steamed Asian vegetable blend and it was a delicious dinner and so easy! I would like to try these on the grill too, but then I wouldn't have those wonderful pan drippings! Thank you for sharing this original and wonderful recipe! I would be interested in trying more of your Chinese recipes! :) P.S. used Dynasty brand oyster sauce and it was great. I will look for the Lee Kum Lee as I do love their hoisin sauce!
Update: These are my favorite pork chops now! I have used the Lee Kum Lee and also Dynasty oyster sauces both with great results. I tried these grilled for the first time and they are even better! I marinated in half the sauce overnight and saved half for basting the chops while grilling. I enjoy this recipe tremendously, thank you a million!

Mouthwatering Chinese Pork Chops, My mother is Chinese, and always made pork chops in this sauce. Very yummy! The sauce is savory, and hard to resist! During the summer, I make these on the grill instead of in the oven, and they turn out even better!, Do not hesitate to try this marinade! I would give these 10 stars if I could!
