1 can chunk light tuna (in oil is more flavourful, but the water is healthier)
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 small white onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 teaspoon basil
1 hard-boiled egg, crumbled
1/2 cup hellmann's mayonnaise (or plain yogurt)
salt and pepper
