Tuscan Pork Chops, These tasty chops are elegant enough for a dinner party, but easy enough for a weeknight supper. From southern living magazine., Pleasantly surprised. The balsamic vinegar really made sauce tasty. Would definitely do again and this time use the sauce on a side of pasta., Love this recipe. I subdtitute a can of diced tomatoes for the fresh ones. Makes a wonderful sauce to put on rice.
