Tuscan Roasted Chicken, This chicken is very juicy and garlic-y, while the lemon is subtle. An adaptation of a Healthy Appetite with Ellie Krieger recipe. Does not include time if you want to let it marinate., Very very nice indeed. I just followed the recipe using my air cook oven and it was cooked in 15 mins I made 1 serving. I did marinate for a couple of hrs. Excellent flavor and quite healthy too. It’s a total win., I really enjoyed this chicken. used bone-in skinless thighs and dried oregano, but otherwise followed the recipe closely. The lemon flavor was a great addition and it was really juicy.
