    Prep- Slice Mozzarella Bar About 1.5 Cm Wide Slices Along the Width of the Bar. Mix Italian Bread Crumbs and Flour on a Plate. Whisk Eggs Together in a Seprate Bowl Add Milk If It Is Too Thick.

    Oil- Heat All the Canola Oil in a Medium Sized Frying Pan.

    Coating- Dip the Mozzarella Slice in the Egg and Then the Bread Crumbs, Repeating Until You Can No Longer See the Cheese. Once Coated Place Directly Into the Heated Oil.

    Frying- Use Tongs to Turn the Mozzarella Sticks. Once All Sides Are Golden Brown, Promptly Move Them Onto a Plate With Paper Towel Before the Cheese Starts Oozing Out. Serve With Marinara If Desired.
