Mozzarella Sticks ( Giada De Laurentiis ), Another great recipe from Giada’s Everyday Italian , My review is for the actual mozzarella sticks as used my own sauce We enjoyed these and they were easy to put together used the mozzarella cheese sticks you can buy in a package (I halved them) and it worked well I felt they had to cook a little too long because of being frozen so I might try refrigerating them next time and see how that works Thanks for posting!, I made these a while ago after watching Giada’s episode on TV They are absolutely to die for not for those on a diet, because you can’t eat just one! Served with homemade marinara sauce, but I’msure that pizza or spaghetti sauce would work just as well Don’t change anything about the recipe it’s perfect on its own! Enjoy!
