Multi-Grain Hot Cereal (Slow-Cooker), Made with steel cut oats, quinoa, wheat berries, and brown rice Adapted from a recipe from the Complete Whole Grains Cookbook by Judith Finlayson I love it because it is super healthy, super easy, and reheats perfectly , I had a recipe years ago similar to this and lost it I think it used bulgar and barley with oats Does anyone know if the would bulgar and barley would work the same? It’s been about 49 years ago since I made it , I have an allergy to oats and peanuts does anyone have a recipe for slowcooker whole grain cereal with no oats?
