Directions
Mushroom Croquettes, This is an excellent dairy lunch or side dish, with an Italian flavor Use the best fresh mushrooms you can find , These were tasty and very easy to make and made a change from the usualy fried mushrooms Will probably make this occaisionally, i just made these and they turned out great i halved the recipe and added some fresh coriander to the blender, (just because i like some green in anything i cook), and it all held together really well! next time i will omit the pepper though, i had used seasoned crumbs and coupled with the pepper, it turned out slightly too strong, but that was my oversight will def make these again
