Mushroom Nachos, Stuffed mushroom appetizers that are a bit different from the usual Zucchini (cut 1/4 inch thick can be substituted for the mushroom caps) Recipe source: Bon Appetit (December 1982), Lovely and very easy to make I did a bit of change I added chicken chunks instead of susage it was very nice , This was yummy and did kind of taste like nachos! I left out the jalapenos and used a blend of cheddar and jack cheese Great! Thanks Ellie
