Chop Mushrooms in Processor.

Saute Mushrooms, Shallots and Garlic. Cook Until Juice Evaporates.

Combine With the Rest. Lay Down a Phyllo Sheet in a Pan.

Repeat 5 More Layers.

Spoon in Mushroom Mixture. Add the Rest of the Phyllo.
