My Beer Nuts, My version of Beer Nuts I hope you enjoy these yummy nuts , Just made this recipe and it is delicious It did take me 30 minutes for the liquid to absorb and the color stayed clear I put it for 20 minutes in the oven and they came out perfect I will definitely stop paying big bucks for those at fairs , I have made these nuts a dozen times use a wok, as it makes turning and stirring easy I always read reviews and comments for tips My advice here is to follow the recipe exactly, not the changes suggested in the comments use raw peanuts, purchased in bulk To recap, I boil the nuts in the sugar syrup until there is no more liquid, 20 – 25 minutes, stirring continuously I spread the nuts on a large baking sheet and roast according to recipe directions Thanks to original poster Great recipe
