Lasagna, My friends and I got this recipe from an Italian cookbook that someone checked out at the library in Minnesota. So I do not know the name or the author of the book. It is a wonderful recipe, my family and friends just love it! I serve this with a tossed green salad and french bread and a nice merlot wine., This is a wonderful recipe! I tried it this evening, and my family thoroughly enjoyed it! I served this with Homemade Garlic Bread and it was an excellent meal!, WOW! I’ve used numerous recipes for lasagna over the years and I’ve found the best one yet! I got kudos from the whole family and was told and I agreed it was better than any restaurant lasagna. Followed the recipe to the T but only ingredient I didn’t use was the fennel only because I didn’t have any on hand. It was a very simple recipe but VERY tasty!!
