Nacho Cheese Dorito Chicken, My friend shared this recipe with me, and I was so reluctant because I don’t even like Doritos, but she insisted I try it, and my whole family LOVED it. It is moist and has such a great flavor and even smells yummy cooking! Now I make it often. I pound the breast to flatten them and make them cook faster., This is a big hit for our family since we’ve started making it in 2018. My nephew loves it. The secrete to trying new recipes is to try it one way then tweak it to seasons you may want to add for yourself. I know the nacho flavor gets cooked out when baking the chip, therefore, we just add a small amount of taco seasoning to the mayo. We also use chicken tenders instead of breasts., Garbage, flavor is mediocre at best. Waste of perfectly good Doritos taste like you covered in stale chips after baking. Was excited to try disappointed to taste. Would pick Shake and Bake any day, and Shake and Bake is gross too.
