Nacho Cucumbers!, I think this is a Hungry-Girl recipe but I’m not 100% Great tasting low cal alternative to regular nachos and cheese Be adventurous and try it-I bet you’ll love it!, haha, wow I loved this Great idea on how to spice up some cucumbers (and lighten up nachos!) This might be weird but I salted the cucumbers just a touch before adding the other ingredients I don’t know, maybe just to make them taste more like chips? It was good though!, OMG! These are outstanding! I have always been a fan of trying everything once and I’m so glad I did This will make the perfect diet snack Because I’m a mushroom freak, I think I will add a mushroom slice to each one next time Thanks so much for sharing!
