    Nachos for Dinner?, When you need a quick dinner that will please all I usually make this on those days that we had a big lunch and just need to put a little something in out bellys , We actually had Nachos for Lunch? but they were still great! Easy, tasty and fun I will make this again! Made for 1-2-3 Hits! Tag Game , Fast and easy! Made this on a busy weeknight- night before Christmas Eve- and was so glad to have something this fast! Everyone could fix their own ‘nachos’ using as little or as much of each ingredient they wanted I only made one change which was to use ground turkey rather than beef Thanks seesko! *Made for Bevy Tag- YES Bevy Tag!     Cook Beef and Taco Seasoning in Skillet Until Browned. Pour Off Fat.

    Add Soup, Water and Rice. Heat to a Boil. Cover and Cook Over Low Heat 5 Minute or Until Done.

    Top With Salsa, Cheese and Lettuce. Serve With Tortilla Chips For Dipping.

    Note: I Have Also Used This For a Tortilla Filling, but Then You Can't Say You Had Nachos For Dinner.
