Nachos With Fruit Salsa, A sweet, creamy and fruity dessert nacho to serve as an appetizer, after your hot and spicy Mexican meal or to serve as a special treat at breakfast , Just what I was looking for I love using fresh fruits and am always trying to think of ways to use them in desserts This is a winner!, So So So good!! I’m not sure if used the same ammounts of fruit, I just put in a whole container of strwberries and the largest cans of pineapple and manderine oranges I could find I added a cup or so of blueberries I chopped the strawberries up with a chopper and it made them too fine, died the rest of my fruit pink next time I’ll cut them by hand I also added about 2 Tbs sugar to the fruit since my kiwi were a little sour I brushed the tortillas with lime juice and left out the cinnamon The cream cheese sauce was flawless!! My guests raved–this will definately be a summer pot luck staple!
