1 large rome beauty apple (came out very soft and juicy using macintosh apple; excellent)
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    I made these for my daughter's snack day in Kindergarten. It smelled so great cooking, then I had to cut it warm to get it to school on time. It was very hard to not eat some myself. The class was disappointed that there weren't seconds.

    Oh--and used a honey crisp apple.

    Cream Together the Margarine and Sugar in a Medium-Size Bowl.
