Natural Homemade Eggnog,I’ve always loved eggnog, even though I don’t celebrate the holiday. My mother found this recipe years ago so we could have eggnog all year round instead of just buying the cartons in the supermarket on a seasonal basis.,Used this for xmas 2004. Worked wonders on all the of-age guests ;-). Used only 1/2 cup cognac (that was all that was left) and the rest bourbon. This is a bourbon, not rum, household ;-). Think the powdered sugar makes it seem lighter and easier to blend than regular.,I’ve always loved eggnog, even though I don’t celebrate the holiday. Set Aside the Egg Whites in a Container in the Refrigerator. |

in a Large Mixing Bowl, Beat the Egg Yolks, Sugar, Rum, Cognac, Milk, and Cream Until Smooth. |
