Naughty And Nice Potato Gratin

    This dish was very nice. I wish the size of the potatoes were specified so used medium sized ones but I found myself needing to add more milk for the mixture to actually be able to boil. I also minced some fresh garlic and threw it in with the potatoes (I prefer fresh to the powdered) Otherwise from there, it smelled so delicious while baking in the oven and it tasted so good - came out really creamy, had lots of flavour. Loved the cheese on top. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC Spring 2010.

    Wash and Peel the Potatoes.

    Slice Them Into About 1/6" Thick Slices- Nice and Thin.

    Meanwhile, Slowly Bring Cream and Milk to Simmer.

    Add Sliced Potatoes and Bring Back to Boil For Three Minutes, Stirring a Couple Times.

    While Boiling, Add Dry Ingredients.

    Pour Into 9x13 Pan and Spread Shredded Cheese on Top.

    Bake at 375 For 30 Minutes.

    Remove from Oven and Let Stand 10 Minutes!
